Media Players

I am currently using itunes and I have windows but I am looking for a change. There has to be a few requirements for the player.

1 - access to like either a store or a place to download music
2 - place to download podcast's on all forums (i.e. apple, podbean etc)
3 - can be similar to itunes but looking something to cover the board of most things (something that isn't as restricted as itunes)

So if you knows one that are windows software or multi use I'd like some suggestions also what are the positives/negatives. I have looked at a few myself but dont know what to choice either

Amarok, Audacious, Banshee, Boxee, Clementine, foobar2000, Media go, musikCube, MusicBee, Nightingale, Songbird, MediaMonkey and Miro (the last 2 seem to look the best to me atm.)

Also I am not the most tech savvy person so things may need to explain in laymen's terms.
