File conversion MP4 to WMV

Hi all,

does anyone know of a good conversion program that does movie files. I have a few that I would like to watch on the xbox but due to the size and the restrictions with the xbox 360's issue with FAT32 only, I need to get a 4.5 gb MP4 file under the 4 mark. This can be done as a WMV will be about 3.6ish gB. Hence problem solved. Well not really, still need a decent conversion software thats not shareware or free ware.

Any suggestions?

handbrake what I use to convert to mp4 for apple tv, but it also converts to mkv. It's also free.
