Need an LCD TV fixed

Postby HH3 » Wed May 15, 2013 5:06 pm

Does anyone know of any cheap TV repairers?

I have a Samsung LCD that needs some repairs. I called Telefix thinking they'd be cheap because of the volume of work they would get.

Nope. For a call out, its $80 to step in your front door, then $45 for every 15 minutes after.

To take it in its $50 to put it on the counter, then they call you once they have a look with a price. They could say anything.

For those prices I might as well buy a new one.

Im not too fussed if its a smaller business.

Not a tv but a computer of mine went to telefix, paid the $50 waited a month for them to ring me and tell me it was $60 to complete the job. Happy with the price but not the timeframe

I don't know if Iveson's Electrical on Unley Rd do TVs and computers.
But they've always been good and inexpensive for general electrical repairs.
