What's your problem..? Someone may help..?

My problem is that I cant afford the dream machine I want and also that Mrs Wedgie wants me to fork out $$$ for insignificant things like a new fridge that works properly and crap like that instead of fun things like computers.

Ok heres my problem. I have just formatted my machine due to a few reasons. All is good though, windows is back on and all my data was backed up. Also i havea new virus scanner. Trend Micro 2006. All should be good. But it is not. For some reason Trend is being a wanker and not letting me register it. But thats probably not something that the tech support is helping me with. My problem is that i cant seem to log into msn messenger or hotmail or even my uni mail account. It gets to the log in page, enter details all good then comes up with the cant find page/server error page.

Just for info sakes, I have Windows XP with SP2. Just wondering if i havnt set the security up properly or something like that. Can you help dog_ger?

It's not the beer fridge that needs replacing! The beer fridge works fine!
It's the ingsignicant fridge that she uses for feeding the kids, etc that's getting old. Bah, women!

Stan, could be a JAVA issue... make sure you have Java installed. Possibly you have the Windows XP FireWall on too - not sure if that would affect it (I don't use that ******* thing!)
