Winfast problem

Calling all Winfast experts. I have connected up my video camera to my computer and via Winfast, can play the video directly onto my computer with vision and audio working perfectly. However when I record/capture any footage with Winfast - I'm getting no audio at all when I playback what I've recorded. Vision is perfect but no audio. I've checked all my Volume Control Playback and Recording Settings - all appear correct. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've not used Winfast. Maybe there's a setting in the program for where audio is recorded from? I know some cature cards play, but there is often a setting for "audio In" and it either comes from the card, or your sound card input. Check the settings and try again - as far as where audio is recorded from.
