i use IE now but Firefox is better, more innovative.

multiple tabs are cool, bookmark toolbar across the top is handy, and rss news feeds are cool. not sure if IE works with this, haven't tried yet

All I use at home is Firefox but I'm not sure why.
I got bored of the tabs after a while and it seems to take up more of my computer's resources than IE ever did.
I think I'm just used to it.

Even though I use Firefox I don't think its worth downloading.
As for Thunderbird, I gave that the arse and went back to Outlook Express virtually straight away.

In regard to my websites I try to have them look good for both IE and Firefox but its amazing how little differences like the size of tables, etc annoys the crap out of me between the 2.

This same Firefox won't let me sign into the Roost!

I've been fairly underwhelmed by Firefox, despite the hype. Some of my favourite websites display a bit strangely in it at times. The Hun works fine though.

Ditched the Swiss Cheese, sorry Internet Explorer ages ago for Mozilla Firefox...better security, integrated pop up blocker and tabbed browsing.

In a unanimous decision it's Firefox 1.5

Prefer firefox to IE. I like the tabbed browsing and the bookmarks toolbar.

If you want to open up another tab go to "new tab" under the file menu.

Zipzap get the "Tabbrowser Preferences" extension. It adds tabbed browser configurability to the tools/options menu.

After experimenting with it I reakon the tabs idea would take a lot of getting used to personally. About the only thing I would find it useful for would be to close lots of dodgy webpages in a flash when your boss is poking his nose around. Otherwise I find it too cumbersome.

The thing I like most about FF is the little search engine tool in the top right of screen - very handy

I loved TABBED browsing.

it's great for keeping the same site contained. I like to check a lot of properties on realestate.com.au , and opening them all in a new tab is great. I hate having a squillion windows open at the bottom of the screen.

Mind you, the new IE versnio coming out in the future will have tabbed browsing.

I used the tabs when I first started using Firefox but never bother these days, the novelty wore off. I can see that they would be a lot handier if having slow dial up though.
