The Excel problem I've been having

Is now fixed, thanks to some searching on Google. For those who don't know exactly what the problem I've been having; everytime I have been trying to open any Excel file, this comes up:

If anyone has this problem, try this:

Here's a last-ditch thing you can try. I haven't seen this solution
associated with the error you describe, but it certainly won't hurt. Use
Windows Explorer to search for all files on your hard drive with a .XLB
extension. Delete any that you find. Note that this may be a hidden file, so
you'll need to set Explorer to show hidden files before searching. Excel
uses these files to store information about toolbars, but they frequently
become corrupt and cause problems like this. Excel will create new versions
of the .XLB files it needs as soon as it starts up. Note that you will lose
any toolbar customizations that you might have made. Let me know how it
works.

I had that problem with every Microsoft product I had in the Office range.
Re-installed them and have had no problems since.

And since then, I haven't had that problem, but at least I'll know what to do if it happens again.
