Interesting at Stawell, Beriman with a handy 3 point buffer for AOJ and with only 7 runners in the next she could just about wrap it up.

That AOJ also includes Yendall who has 2 decent rides to come.

Gets better for AOJ at Stawell ... Beriman gives a sight but is now back in the pavillion, whilst Yendall has a reasonable scoring chance in the next.

Meech has 2 good rides to close with so could make it interesing, but you'd be liking your chances if you were sitting on AOJ right now.

Mon, Tues and Thurs are nearly always the best days for roughies in the JC .. Excellent chance of that trend continuing today.

All over for us lads at Stawell (well Tourneur can tie but unlikely).

Maloney now only 1 off the lead with a ride in the last, there was at least $26 about him at the start of the day.

AOJ takes the choccies at Stawell .. Buckley, Thompson and Gibbons all with rides in the last at Cessnock so all can win outright (I like Buckley's ride here)

O'Brien wins the last for AOJ to draw level with Thompson, but Buckley runs 2nd to get home in the JC by 1 point .. Geez the faves made hard work of it today but Buckley eventually got there.
