FOUR SA PLAYERS SELECTED FOR FLYING BOOMERANGS

Twins Brandon and Kyle Jackson will have one more identical feature next month when they don matching guernseys to represent SA in the AFL Flying Boomerangs Squad.

The Whyalla brothers, aligned with Port Adelaide Football Club, will join fellow Magpie Geoffrey Taylor (Port Lincoln) and Central District’s Isaya McKenzie as South Australia’s quartet in the national side.

The 15 year old indigenous players were selected for the squad after impressive performances in April’s National Kickstart Championships.

They will now compete in the National U16s Championships in Sydney in July before embarking on a tour to South Africa in January 2013, led by coach Andrew McLeod.

Interesting to see a high profile Tiger(possibly BW) cracking the sads about the treatment given to JJ by certain LS reserves players in the first half of the game. He quite possibly missed the haymakers that were tried out prior to these happenings.
