depends on how long the council takes for approval. Is the land ready to be built on? It generally takes about 3 months, maybe 4, from signing the land & building contracts, to settling on the land. Then the builder can go to site, about 1 month, once they commence construction, they should complete the dwelling, with handover, in this market, about 16 to 18 weeks. All up, from go to whoa, about maybe 7 months, maybe 9.
