Spring Classics continue with Tour of Flanders on Sunday night, cobblestones with short steep hills
Starting around 10:30 on SBS & eurosport for who has foxtel.
Should be a interesting race with the weather they have been having in Europe, any rain and it could be chaos on the cobblestones.
Cancellara & Sagan are the red hot favourites.

I don't think Sagan is racing this Sunday, so Cancellara is a massive favourite but anything
can happen in a race with loads of cobblestones.
Love watching Paris-Roubaix (hell of the north), great race

I really don't know how they manage the cobblestones in the wet without massive carnage ... hopefully the weather will be kind.

More great weather tonight NOT in the Tour of Basque Country, rain & sleet
Richie Porte is a big chance to win this with the TT in the final stage.

Ritchie Porte wins the stage and will win the Tour of Basque Country tomorrow night.
He is Australia's No 1 rider now better than Evans

Great race and great ride by Cancellara and the Belgium dude.
Cancellara too good
Hilly classics start this Sunday with Amstel Gold race on SBS again :D
I think the Amstel Gold race is a lot more open compared to the cobblestones.
Sagan is racing and probably is the Fav.

Liège-Bastogn-Liège on tonight, last spring classic of the year.
Wide open event anyone can win this, Gerrans would be in the mix with about 10-15 other riders.
On SBS at 11pm

Dan Martin won Liège-Bastogn-Liège in a very good race.

Now the spring classics are out of the way, its time for my favourite race the Giro.
Starts in 2 weeks and there are some cracking stages.
Wiggins, Evans, Nibali & Hesjedal just to name a few that will be competing.

No one watching the Giro? Best race of the year for mine. Good lead out last night by the green edge boys unfortunately came to nothing after Cavendish cruised past for the stage and first pink jersey. Goss probably had a bit too much road at the end.
