emo's = quite pathetic, especially when in the form of a gang, very funny stuff.

Why? coz they dress differently, listen to different music and express themselves in wussier ways? Different strokes make the world go round!

Emo's probably think you're a waste of space & shouldn't breathe the same air they do- as might a few non-emo's....

I sumise them as punks who have "emotions" and arent afraid to express them. They write crappy poems and like to cut themselves for pleasure (this is no joke). A lot of them are into the macabre and bands like my chemical romance. I dont see the point but who am i to judge. I wore my fair share of ripped jeans and flannelette, which my dad complained about. My dad wore his flares and bell bottoms, which my grandad complained about. Just another new generation for us old farts to complain about. Could be worse they could be "homies"!

You wore flannelette? gee i never would picked it.

Or do you still wear flannelette?

Actually its quite simple REB, like any of these groups/styles/fashions etc they are only looking for two things..
one is to be noticed and stand out in a crowd and the second is to feel like they belong to something eg punks, skinheads etc etc....................

and lastly they do have one other thing in common............they are all tossers!!!........

emo = elmo (at least he makes more sense and money)

I recently saw 'SPIDERMAN 3'
When the Webslinger wears the black suit created by the malevolent alien symbiote 'Venom'
Spidey's alter ego 'Peter Parker' exposes his dark side takes on the whole Emo look, the whole stupid hairstyle & everything!

...MATE, that must be the most dorky, geeky post I've ever made!

There is a difference between depression and emo. A lot of the deaths on mydeathspace are from dickheads doing dickheaded things, drug overdoses, driving stupidly....

Thanks for that pafc i am well aware of what the Darwin Awards are. The point i was trying to make is that many of the articles on mds http://www.mydeathspace.com A large percentage of the youth suicides are "emo" kids like the two young girls who killed emselves by hanging in metro melbourne recently
