I love the victorian conspiricy that the AFL are just out to get the crows. Carlton got really belted by the AFL if in fact you actually know your history GG. Let me guess the umpires are always out to cheat you to make sure the vic teams play finals and that eddie mcguire has told them to do this to make more.money? Thats favourite. But the best is always that the crows just made an honest mistake and were setup by tje Afl. lol there always funny.

Dont have a problem with players receiving injections as long as they know what is being injected and its legal.
Adam Cooney recently came back from Germany where in a 3 week period he received over 150 injections of cows blood.
Brent Guerra was receiving up to a dozen jabs a day to get him right for the GF and Hawthorn recently stated they still give injections to players at half time of games.
As long as the drug is legal I dont have an issue.
As yet there is not enough evidence to hang Essendon for using a banned substance. If we are eventually found guilty I hope we receive lengthy bans, Hird included. I would hope they get atleast a 5 year ban, if ASADA cant find enough evidence then for me its play on

Unfortunately for you Jim and essendon fans I reckon that the report will provide all the evidence. Watson admitted on tv he's been injected with AOD and despite what the bomber PR team will have you believe, it was banned.

Look at Melbourne last year. Copped a whack when they technically did nothing wrong.

Oh i don't know, maybe they hired Dank, let him administer illegal drugs, "turned a blind eye", made sure nothing was recorded to cover for this scenario. Hasnt really worked for em has it?

If they didnt do anything wrong, why did they not say last year when they were getting all the soft tissue injuries that they were looking into their "supplements" program to determine any links? They sacked Dank and Robinson so i guess they did determine that their program was causing the problems. The illegal drugs they are alleged to have used are most likely to have caused this.
Would love to see a team from Tassie or NT replace them. The AFL would lose say half the 60 000 EFC members which in the whole scheme of things is bugger all, less than 5% but would pick up 30-50 000 from a tassie venture. There would be more sponsorship dollars to go around to all the Melbourne clubs potentially saving 2 or 3 clubs that do the "right thing" and be less of a drain on the rest of the AFL.
This is a great opportunity for the AFL, i hope EFC keep digging in their heels and the AFL then says f*** you and takes the opportunity

cracka I don't know any facts. Obviously plenty of other people are armed with facts and so they have every right to call for the destruction of Essendon and everyone in the club. I really think the AFL has been caught out. They just figured they could run over the top of the club with the old "bring the game into disrepute" charge which has served the league well for decades. This is what happens when a club calls their bluff. If Essendon goes down for ped use I"ll shut the faaark up. Until then, I will support them with every fibre in me.
