Premiership favourites this year?
Who will win the Sunday Mail medal?
Any predictions?

This year is the closest top 4 in a long time, anyone can beat anyone on their day. Minman were very, very good against us Saturday. absolutely smashed us with run and brilliant ball use.
my tip for the mail medal would be Bill Sandow. His ball use is brilliant, hes hard at the contest and he has a beard that everyone wishes they could grow. runner up ryan darling, third mick liebelt.

It will depend on who is hitting form at the right time and who can avoid injuries id say. The b grade comp is also very close with 2-5 on the ladder dependant on this weeks results.

Yes I think he may have. Really not sure on the favourite, min man were very good Saturday, but never write off Blyth. They know how to win finals and have been a good side for a long time. We need to pull our fingers out, James Vandy and Luke Percy back in over the next few weeks will help. And then there's south who are a young side who are playing great footy, they kept north goal less Saturday!!

So I'm hearing MinMan, RSMU, South and B-S are the most likely...take your pick! Good to have a comp where it is even going into the major round.

RSMU playing B-S this weekend with winners taking out the minor premiership. They then will front up again the following week in the Second Semi Final. Will either team be trying this week or will they keep their powder dry for the Finals? Not much between the four sides, so getting injuries at this time of year could be fatal.

blyth to good for us yesterday. we started well but blyth were too good in the last 3 qtrs. disappointing to lose but they were better on the day. minman defeated south comfortably today at brinkworth.

next week is us vs minman in both A and B grade. with our 17 and 14s also playing.

A fair effort from RSMU to have all four grades through to the prelim though mate. Good luck

Out in straight sets yesterday. Min man ran over us in the last half. Disappointing end to another wasted season. The b grade had a good win. Min man will take it right up to Blyth next weekend, will definitely be worth having a look.

Big congrats to hally on the mail medal, going on past stories I'm sure he would have partied hard, also congrats to b'grade winner Tohl - pretty sure they would both happily hand them back for a chance to play this week, would be a cracker going on the form shown this year!

What about the BBH coaching job? Word around Burra is that one of the assistants at MinMan is a chance?
