If it's based on free kicks for searching for contact with the head then the SFL Selwoods - Eagleton and B.Bayly will definitely get the quinella.

And if its based on sniper ability, it could go Down The Hill. Didn't initiate the head contact when we played Brighton, but got it anyway.

I'd be taking that as a compliment. Joel selwood probably the afl's toughest player and every chance of winning the brownlow. DTH you really are a typical Brighton sook.

Given the manner in which a number of concussions and a broken jaw were suffered against Brighton you may be right afc9897

Goal kicking midfielders tend to be very visible for the umps, particuarly if you stick out with a carrot top
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

That's them at the top of the page. The SFL conceded to the views of many on this forum and decided to invite alot more this year. I would still prefer the top 2 vote getters from the top 8 clubs and top vote geter from the bottom 7 but they have decided to invite the top 21 votegetters and name that 21 as the SFL Team of the Year. A bit like the SA state side in the 70's and 80's, full of midfielders. But if it's a way of creating a bit more suspense as to who actually wins the medal plus giving those 21 some recognition for their seasons then I suppose not a bad thing

I might be a bit bias but how is Trevor Cranston not in the top 25. Has has a great year and his work around the ground is second to none.

He's had a cracker of a year but so have 3 or 4 others at Townies. he's dragged them along with him but restrictions with a knee towards the end could cost him.

The posters here have it as a tie between Petersen-Gray & Minns, will know in a few hours time how close we are.

Parochially I'd like to see NPG win it, but having seen Minns a couple of times this year, he's not only hard at it, but is also the flashy type that will draw attention and the hairstyle won't hurt him!!
Bode would be my other pick, has had a super year.

Jonny Eagleton, back to back Mail Medallist. Well done on another great season. Happy Valley Club of the year back to back. Sadly wont be a back to back premiership, but some reward for another strong season.
