The Corporation are paying a License Fee to join the competition. Port Adelaide are already part of that competition and are handing back a substantial junior development fee, which is more than enough.

That port adelaide are defunct
This is a new entity - they are no longer the oldest club. That honour goes to South Adelaide

Wouldn't that "true" change have happened in 1997?

What has been your stance on the Port Adelaide Football Club / Magpies / debate over the last 16 years?

Have always seen the power and magpies as 2 seperate clubs.

It seems to me that alot of confusion would be cleared up if the SANFL exercised its right to expel the Magpies from the SANFL and invited the Power to join.
Could also then charge them 400k each year for the honour.
