Rumours going around now that Varcoe is a possibility to end up at Port, in quite a complex trade involving Polec, and release of a few picks, and a pick back in.

Crows supposedly giving Podsiadly a 2 year deal with option for an off-field role after that.

2 year playing deal is an interesting offer at his age.

The 2 years was probably the deal breaker. Even if in the second year he is back up, we get a good key FWD to release pressure off tex as he comes back from his ACL next season.

3 year deal.

I'm not wrapped in the coin we're throwing at him especially a 29 year old but the club obviously beleive he's a vital player we need.

North melb desperately needed ball winning mids, none of them really get more than 30 regularly except maybe swallow, so it's a good get. Reckon if they learn how to win close games they would be a decent top 4 chance next year. Crows and north to replace collingwood and Carlton in the eight

Reckon if they can offload 1 for a gun and then pick aish with 2 that would be the best thing for their setup.

I reckon Dal Santo will be used more at half back or half forward, with short spells in the middle. Thats how I would play him anyway. We need more rebounding from defense, because Scotty Thompsons really the only one doing it well.

Paul Chapman to be a Bomber. Said choosing them was easy. 'They said they can prolong my career by up to 50 years with science!'

I reckon. Sydney only used pick 28 4 years ago, so to get pick 35 is great, considering GWS could have got him for nothing. GWS must have someone else in mind with the PSD.
