As a bare minimum, a teensy bit of honesty and transparency as to the rules under which this competition operates, would be no bad thing. (Up until the middle of 2013, there were real SANFL clubs who copped harsh sanctions for the smallest technical breach of those rules.) Not likely, I know.

Just to pick up on this point, if we were to buy this as being fair dinkum, what would sway them to stay with a club that is not focused solely on the SANFL Flag in 2014.
Any of the 8 SANFL club's would double their pay to have them, so what is it? Loyalty.... maybe but it's 2014 and it's all about " Show me the Money".
The facilities for rehab and training are a huge advantage, the coaches are all full time. Access to Doctors for injuries asap and access to sponsors for a career during and after footy is a major advantage for a young lad in a city with high unemployment.
These guys made the only choice they could have, an offer they couldn't refuse.
Just don't feed us that $400 a game is all they get!

Centrals is a bit like a sinking ship atm, send any more Chad O'Sullivan's our way but you can keep any Westhoffs you might have laying around. ;)

"Paranoid", more like common sense. Do you honestly think summertons on $400 a game? You're not been real. Then again port has a great record of honesty and believability.

Don't think South Gawler is very high on his list Jim.
Wanted to get to a Blue and White team but not South Gawler.

I'm not sure that Obsty played for us this year.
