Try spending some of yours on lining up your goalposts rather than importing players from other SANFL clubs???

Not sure that the off field incident will actually impact on field. Lost players will.

Meiklejohn and Ebert to Goolwa. Huge pick up for that league should it happen.

Would love to see the Eagles have a crack at enticing Meiklejohn to Woodville. I always had a huge amount of respect for the way he went about his game and I still believe he would have at least 2 good years left at SANFL. However, he struck me as a loyal club man and would play with no one else but the magpies. With their demise and at his age, I doubt he'd be interested in playing for another SANFL club.

The eagles did have a decent crack. He wasn't interested.

Wasn't it the Eagles who got him down from the top end?

Eagles? He did play a few games in their reserves prior to getting drafted IIRC.
