@Psyber I'm guessing there is a reason for the high fruit?

Mainly fibre and finding something acceptable to my taste buds as an alternative to what I was eating.
He also pushed finding a palatable yoghurt that wasn't full of sugar. (I can't stand the sour taste of natural yoghurt.)
Fasting sugar levels had been marginally high - at the top of the normal range - and I have a tendency to irritable bowel syndrome.

I'm guessing it's do with the sugar levels? Have you tried sweet potato? Have you also looked at supplement with fibre? Having a look at the link below it works out to about 40c a serve. Gives you 7g of fibre which roughly equals 300g of apples.

Just had a quick look, bit hard to see without buying. There was 2 things that I personally would question about the program that I saw.

Don't count calories: The only proven way to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. To have a calorie deficit you need to know your maintenance level. The only way to achieve this is to count calories. The next thing will explain why a lot of fitness programs do this.

12 week program: A lot of fitness programs use this "12 week program". Usually because they put on a diet which only differs if your male or female. A diet between a 100kg man and a 150kg is going to be completely different. The 12 weeks is because usually it isn't sustainable after the 12 weeks. After you lose weight your calories should be dropping, the lighter you are the less calories the body is using. A typical diet should consist of 300-500 calorie deficit and no time frame put on it.

I could be wrong but generally speaking a lot of fitness programs that contain these 2 things, usually don't turn out to be that good. I'm sure the exercise program is top notch and probably based around exercise in the home.

did the 12 weeks, and am still doing it. Repeating it and this is the third time I have repeated it.

After the program there is more on the UFC website if you wish to continue.

yes I agree 12 week things don't last, but it does for me.

What's the diet like? Does it just tell you what to eat or do you actually have to work out what your eating.

Probably, sugar level related, primarily, and yes I have tried supplements like Metamucil (Psyllium). I don't like them much and tend to get undisciplined where my taste buds are concerned. So, I've stuck to porridge, flavoured sparingly with real Maple Syrup.
This diet seems to be working..

THE CHALLENGE

Im going to lose 9 kilos by December 24th, and then enjoy xmas.
That is my challenge, which I think I can achieve.
I will be known as MALnutrition and then I can jibe the fat stablemates
known as HUNK ROOSTER, MASSIVE TIGER79+ BAYBALOONBELLYMAN.
I weigh 109 kilos, and I am a fataholic.
IF I DONT GET BELOW 100kgs BY XMAS I WILL SHOUT $100 WORTH OF
FOOD AND DRINKS FOR MY 3 STABLEMATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ADVICE
---------

Any advice out there from anyone about weight loss techniques ?
I specifically dont wont to go on a complete diet, that never works, but will
incorporate exercise as the main constituent.
Jokes are ok from all the shitstirrers out there as well, it will only inspire me.

Well Im going to donate my green tee shirt to the boy scouts, they can use
it for a tent
