If from a credit card you should be able to get the bank to stop it, or cancel the card and issue a new one with a different number.
If from direct debit your bank should be able to stop it or you can open a new account and close the account it is linked to.
Option three if the bank won't help transfer all accounts to another bank.

I once did some minor work of that type in my early teens just as an experiment, but then lost interest - as I do tend to after the initial dabbling...

I substituted Potassium Permanganate for saltpetre (Nitrate) in the traditional gunpowder mix and found that when ignited it turned into a fiery liquid that could be spread in shapes before ignition and then sunk into the wood as it burned - it is probably a risky approach to the task though.
(A cheap Router may be safer to make the shape you can then scorch with a hot iron.)

its to add a bike lane. they are moving the car parking out to where the left lane was, and putting the bike lane between that and the kerb. all those hipsters needed somewhere safe to ride their fixies.... too bad it completely **** up one of the only routes heading north out of the city from that side of town

but the ones catering to traffic going into/out of the city arent, from my short time there in january they were all 2 and even three lanes. frome road was already bad enough crossing north terrace of an afternoon. now they have ****** up the other end too. way to turn the cbd into a massive car park (at least that corner of the cbd anyway.)
