Well Heat are the obvious side to beat, should win the Eastern Conference.

Western is a little more difficult, Spurs are my favourite side, and should be around the mark but OKC are a good side as well!

My picks:

Heat to defeat Pacers and win East
Spurs to defeat Thunder and win West
Heat to win title over Spurs..

Unfortunately I reckon you are right.
Hoping OKC get it done though, cant see myself watching a Heat v Spurs Final series

Brooklyn blowing a ten point lead with only a few minutes remaining. Ray Allen comes up with the huge corner three, Lebrons block on Anderson was huge consider he'd been shooting the lights out. And to not get a shot away with 5 secs left WOW

Pacers beat heat by 11 today.
I don't think many saw the win comin with such ease.

Ibaka out hurts the Thunder, but I would love to see them win the series.

on a side note, if love ends up joining the lakers I will be happy

Betting has been interesting
Ibaka is a BIG out for the Oaks
Yet Oaks were backed in from about $3-30 to about $2-90 in the last 24 hours

Half Time
58 Spurs
44 Oaks

The betting money looks like being wrong

Massive home court advantage in the East series, neither win at the other court very often. I always thought Miami were more likely to get the road win though, should seal the deal from here. Heard a stat in the Brooklyn series that Miami had something like 14 series in a row with an away win which was already a record.

OKC were thin already, Ibaka was the only guy other than the big 2 that posed some sort of threat and without him, the Thunder look far too predictable. It caused them problems getting to this stage, I don't see them going further because of it. The Spurs on the other hand have Parker, Duncan, Ginobili, Green, Leonard as their main weapons with some pretty decent help outside those 5. They've also got a good matchup for Durant which meant for me, Westbrook needed to be the guy doing the damage. Parker is vulnerable defensively and if you can attack him, you might put him into foul trouble, or force Pop to use a better defender more, tire him out or just find easy points throughout the game. Westbrook just hasn't done that anywhere near well enough IMHO.

Lakers isn't one I've heard for Love. All the talk so far has been NY and Boston. Would be a good fit at Houston too.

I just heard on twiter couple days ago that love said he would like to join the laker or something similar.
how true that is I don't know.

but boston n knicks seem to be going after him.

I just hope lakers get some half decent recruits, not d league players

Think his first choice is the Lakers, with the second choice being the Knicks. Celtics & some others like GSW have shown alot of interest tho & have put themselves out there & are willing to trade to do it.

Positive thing for this Minnesota fan, that there should be some competition for his signature & should be able to get some real value for the trade (hopefully).
On a bitter fan note, he will never be a KG & pull a team single handed deep into the conference finals. Who knows, he may even find the heart to defend

Ray Allen 38 years old still got game, scored 13 pts and was 4/4 3pts in the 4th quarter as the Heat take a 2-1 lead over the Pacers in the ECF.

Heat trying to put the Pacers away and James is having possibly the worst game of basketball in his life. 5 fouls early in the third he sits with 2 points.

Midway through the 4th and he's back, 1/8 and 4 points 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 TO so far. Frighteningly enough Miami are right in the game.

Pacers win, series back to 3-2.. if they can make this go to 7 games I think they could win it!

That's some serious fence sitting there PG. If they get a game 7 on home court you're calling them a chance to win that game? If they get a game 7 I'd say they were favourites.

Having said that though, hard to see them getting to a game 7. Miami were very close to getting it done in 5 in Indiana with LeBron having quite probably his worst NBA game ever. Miami should shut this down and I think reasonably comfortably in the next game.

Clippers sold for $2b, Sterling paid $12.5m for them so not a bad return on his investment even taking inflation into account
