I think you will find Henderson would play that 3rd/medium tall with pace role (Shaw has tried to do that this year and i think they will keep him onthe list - injuries have set him back a bit)

Van Berlo wouldnt be on the trade table either.

100% need a back up ruckman, and then a young key fwd who we can hopefully develop over a few seasons.

Any other player we pick up/trade must have pace
