The big Fella is enjoying his role at South Adelaide.

Tips for this week:

Aldinga vs Reynella - Reynella by 250. Back to reality for the Sharkies
Cove vs Christies - Cove by 24. Playing good footy
Edwardstown vs Noarlunga - Noarlunga by 60- the recruiting is paying off.
Flagstaff Hill vs Hackham - Falcons by 30- To avenge last year's loss
Happy Valley vs Brighton - Vikings by 40- too much polish for the Bombers.
Morphett Vale vs Marion - Emus by 100- To get back on the winners list here.
OSB Lonsdale vs Port Noarlunga - Cockledivers by 180- I'll agree with afc- the divers are very impressive at the moment.

Definately have to agree with your comment on porties. Clearly playing the best footy so far this year. Credit has to go Nick Manhood I would suggest, got his blokes really playing well together. Early favourites I would say. Hopefully they can run out the season better than Nick could run out the Last Quarter!

And hopefully they can play within the laws of the game better than what Nick did.

Yes I agree. Think Reynella might still be well ahead at this stage and Noarlunga looming also.
Good to see so many sides pushing hard this year and should add Flaggies into that mix.

So king I have heard that big smithy will be returning to bush pig land very handy in but still think you need a few more to be a real threat ! Can you confirm or deny ? Also interesting to c that mcentee from reynella is also leading the goal kicking as I predicted at start of year and they have played most of the top sided , so I think he may have a few bags coming his way against the bottom sides! Very quiet unassuming bloke but can play!!!

Sorry SS but can't confirm or deny; in fact your comments are the first I've seen or heard about any return by Smithy. If true, do you think we can fit him into a winning team????

Because we are not the Channel 9 Adelaide Football League.
Those three teams would destroy our C-grade comp, those three teams are better than D7 standard, our C-Grade is below D7 standard. It would be like putting C3 teams in the D5/6 competition.
Where would their juniors play?

We should base our entire comp on the highly successful SAAFL model. Then none of our individual grades would need to ever touch base again as they would be off to all corners of the globe to play. I'm not sure who Marbles is, but I'll give him one thing, he's persistent.

Any thought of Brighton doing some work on their changerooms/facilities under the grandstand?
