It's suburban footy, maybe leave your blouse at home.

It again showed that our wet weather footy is very ordinary. Lucky to win so convincingly in the end because I thought we were outplayed for most of the game.
all about finding a way to win. Which we did.

exactly! Not much to gain in those conditions. Lets get the win and move on, which we did.

Para Hills giant killers, only team to beat the top 3 sides. Havens wrap up Minor Premiership with 2 weeks left. Woohoo.

were the scores on sporting pulse correct? If so, Luthies must've been in worse shape than normal!

It was 1 goal each at 3/4 time. Lutheran kicked the first goal of the game and only scored 3pts from 1/4 time onward.

yes, the oval was a bog.

thanks for those wise words bluedemon..

it was a high quality, high scoring game in which we were simply outplayed on the day..thats footy...when the dolphins get it all together they are a very good outfit..we have to lick our wounds and then get ready for a wrestle in the mud at ALFC this week..

congrats to havens for securing the minor premiership..well deserved..

Well done to tossers yesterday. Out played us in every aspect of the game from start to finish. Very disappointing effort from our guys after a great win the week before. With tow games to go we now need other results to go our way to make it. It's going to be a big two weeks.

Greenies need AL too loose both against CLG and Eliz for a chance but need to beat both NH at their home and WOS in the last game at Hicks Park

Very big ask I think...just shows how loosing so many games by two kicks or less can cost in the long run.
Opinions and bumholes..you either have one or are one IMO

Strange, strange comp at the moment.

Well done on the win TOSers.

Hard to believe Elizabeth lost - five goals up at half time when I left.
Nine goal third quarter from the Roos. Great kicking.

And...gotta love when a B grade ump gives a free kick against one of his best mates - who was the runner.

Tough slog out at Luthies on Saturday, they wanted it more in the first half we wanted it more in the second.

3 goals from returning captain Duerden, in his 2nd full game for the year was a big positive for us.

The oval is a mess good luck to anyone having to play on it again this year.

On that though it isn't Luthies fault about the oval, there isn't much you can do about it, we have been fighting the council for decades to fix ours without much luck.

Mind you Havens deck looks brilliant this time of year.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Interestingly Old Iggies managed to get Railways fixed up very quickly. Earlier this year it looked like Adelaide Oval!

The oval was a bog but Lutheran's played better wet weather footy.

Boosh, what's wrong with Haven's oval? 99% of teams would die to have the oval in the nick North Haven's is in. My 5yo plays at Modbury and most games and trainings have been transferred due to the state of the oval.
