Just to add to the chorus, amazing day out at Payneham.

PNU kicked the first 4 goals before it felt like PAC had even got their hands on the ball and it initially looked like the game was going to be a fizzer. Game turned into an arm wrestle with PAC coming back to take the lead (either going into the 3/4 time break or early in the last quarter). The Falcons then ran out the game stronger (my theory is that having the week off proved to be the major advantage here) to win by a couple of Goals.

All this topped off by one of the biggest crowds ever seen at Payneham Oval in fantastic sunshine. A great day.

SHOC v PAC next week should be amazing. Both teams play very attractive styles of football to watch and judging by the relative ease SHOC has gotten over Broadview and Scotch it looks like they've hit peak form at just the right time of year!

Watching SHOC last week reminds me of what we were like last year. Could they possibly go from 5th to make a grand final? My money is on PAC but wouldn't be surprised if the train that is SHOC gathers enough steam to run over Princes. Should be a great game.

Couldn't miss going into the last round but they are the first team in history to be promoted to div 1 with only 8 wins

Whether by design or good fortune, Hearts have peaked at the business of the season. The home and away record means little come the GF. They have some momentum, and should give PNU a good run for their money next week. It's still the Falcons lose given their stellar season...... but SHOC's have solid running game and have enough talent across all lines to cause an upset.....beware the underdog.....

Firstly, congratulations to SHOC - it appears to be all coming together at the right time!

Secondly, I couldn't count on one hand the amount of B grade games Tyson Burrows has played in the last 15 years, let alone this season, so imagine my surprise when I saw him run out in the ressies today.

His 26th reserves game but who's counting.

Judging by SHOCs last three weeks and the close PNU and PAOC game last week you'd have to say SHOC will be bullish if not outright favorites.

From a PNU perspective we're stoked to have the 1s and 2s in the big dance for the first time in almost 15 years. Hopefully the under 18s do the job tomorrow and we have a great week!

Was an absolute pleasure to play with such a club legend. Don't think I'll be playing with him next week though. A true leader. So lucky to have people like that at our great club.
