Good thing Danger got rid of all his knives prior to flying to melbourne. Would have had trouble getting through security at the airport otherwise.

i just saw Danger on the footy show

handled himself well, which he normally does.

however the mixed messages coming out of the club don't really bode that well for the club

They have a massive culture issue at the club. They have cleaned out the CEO and coach. The Chairman needs to be next, presiding over some of the biggest scandals in the sport since 2012. Also the players and remaining board members need to think if they want to be a part of the rebuild. If they don't they need to go as well.

Sporting club culture starts off the field and ends on it. The Adelaide Football club is a mess and it needs to be sorted before they have to ask Port Adelaide if they can borrow their tarps......

Whether the players had anything to do with the sacking or not, the way that Ricciuto and Chapman have intimated that they did is disgraceful. They are not the actions of a club that are all on the same page. The players should never have been dragged into this publicly. There seems to be a huge disconnect between everyone at the Adelaide Football Club.

Time for any of the board that were there when they offered Sando a 2 year extension to go. If they thought 2013 was mediocre and not acceptable then they should have told the Coach he was on notice and was only getting a year extension. If I was a Coach and they gave me two years I would have assumed they were happy with me. The board have shown they are completely incompetent.

Yes didn't he. I thought to myself watching it, now there is the future captain at Adelaide. Like all exit reviews they are about honesty and maybe the players were a bit too honest and Sando's sacking blew them away, I don't actually think that's what they wanted, so they owe him now. Put up or shut up. :(

hang on, they didnt have to give him an extension at the end of 2013 at all did they? he was originally given a three year deal, and when he still had a year to run on it they added a further two years if i remember correctly, so in effect the crows are paying out the whole two year extension, which i think makes it all the more laughable

Lets just say the players do run the club down there and in particular those who are out of contract soon. In this case they are justified and have taken ownership of their club.
I dont think the separation will be costing the club too much money.

Please don't post either obscure or obvious reference to illegal activities that are merely heard by rumour.
If its fact and proven in court or reported publicly then go for it.

Will never be reported publicly, the AFL will not allow it as evidenced by the removal of posts ;)
If people want to believe what the Crows are trotting out thats up to them. It clearly doesnt add up and there must be more to it.

i don't believe what the crows board said about the matter but i certainty don't believe 90% of what is "reported" on these kind of forums on the Internet as well. There is a reason for his sacking but there alot more serious things going on in the world to worry about than this.

Sick of every Victorian media knob going on about how good a bloke Sando is and telling everyone to avoid the Crows (that overrated hack Tom Harley the latest). If there is smoke ffs it would be nice if it got out so all these so called "experts" pull their heads in

How is he ill-informed?
If he's ill-informed, so's Rucci and every other person not immediately linked to the Crows that's been discussing the issue, many, many of whom are based in SA.
