No top 10 draft picks in the past decade, and only got two key players (big name) in that time. We've recycled other clubs slops and turned them into good footballers. Richards, Mcglynn and Kennedy.
Blooded some really good talent...

Alastair Lynch wrote a good article about it.

Rohan not a top 10 pick?
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

I made a rare mistake. Oops! Pick 6.

Not sure any side in Australia would have been capable of holding off the Power like Hawthorn did
If you dont believe me , just ask Booney

SS 11 points
Franklin playing for SS and not HW , might just be the difference

I hope the Hawks win so they can rub it in Franklin's face for leaving.

Also because I enjoy watching teams go back to back and I love watching Sam Mitchell, he is an absolute gun, his handballing skills are the best in the game, works tirelessly marshaling his troops and he deserves another flag. My tip for the Norm Smith.

The Hawks didn't hold off the Power, the time clock did.
Sydney comfortably.

I only just realised Jack got an $1800 fine for throwing the Roos player into the fence, the same offence that Walker got 1 match for in Rd 1 against Monfries. I guess we cant have a guy from Sydney with a rugby background missing the biggest game of the year

Lacklustre day for me.

Most predictable Grand Final match up in my living memory.

Could go either way

Both clubs have a current Centrals connection and i dont 'hate' either side so will watch with little intererst this year apart from a few first goalscorer and norm smith bets.

Whilst in theory your right about the predictable Grand Final the Hawks were far from Certain winners in the closing minutes but were good enough to hang on.

laughable that it was even sighted.. nothing was said all weekend about it... obviously didnt see it because he never threw him into a fence.

i find it amusing that the same people carrying that it was a disgrace harvey got reported and saying the games gone soft. some of those same people are saying jack should get games

Share it around no problem. Use it to snaffle the two biggest signings of the past two years off fellow preliminary finalists to kick sand in the face of your new neighbours...therin lies the difference.

Considering no one even mentioned anything about the incident, via the media and also on here until the AFL said they dismissed it. Then apparently everyone thought it was a dog act... He didn't even give a free kick away...

Harvey was 15m off the ball, but appparently that one was ok...

There should have been a free kick because it was clearly 'holding the man' or free kick after disposal

unsure how it could be 'holding the man' when he was tackled with the ball in his possession...
