Two snorts once a day, bada-bing bada-boom and life is good.

I'd be careful about corticosteroid containing nasal sprays guys as they globally lower the local immune response.
My sister, a heavy Beconase user, finished up with a nasty recurring sinus infection containing fungal elements and antibiotic resistant Pseudomonas bacteria, which eventually got into her brain via the Olfactory nerve canals in the top of her nose.

I've also learned this the hard way (without it getting to my brain)

Therefore I try not to use the" instant relief " nasal sprays unless I'm completely stuffed and cannot breathe through my nose and only at night to help me sleep - and even then I try not to use them for more than a couple of nights at a time. I've found them to prolong my sinus infections in some cases.

I've been using the nasal decongestant spray daily for about 3 years I reckon, oops

Well it does suggest to only use for 3-6 months.

I probably have a two month window where I can't go without snorting the stuff.

Do you get hayfever anywhere in Europe? I very rarely get it here and probably never had an issue since I took a job at a Grain Silo site straight after school at 18. Used to find dust and grain in some weird places  my mum used to make me ruffle my hair like a feather duster before letting me inside the house!

Went to the UK in 2013 and my god it hit me like a brick and I couldn't stop it. Spent about 30 quid on drugs and it only just managed

I had chronic hayfever as a late teen/early 20's. Often to the point of being bed ridden on really bad days. Several years of injections along with daily tablets and natural remedies before I "out grew" it.

As I got into my late 20's/early 30's I turned away from the injections, more onto tablets and now in my late 30's I simply start on the nasal sprays around August, by November and the end of a bottle I normally just drop the odd tablet on the really bad days and usually by Xmas any symptoms have subsided.

Rekorderlig proudly touts via its website that it was created ''with the purest spring water''.

There's just one problem with that - cider is made from apples, not water.

It seems yes and no.

In the UK "cider" must be at least 35% apple juice, in the US 50% and in France it must be 100%.
