That's a great move for us.

Replacing Eade?

Wonder how much compo Eddie will pay the Cats after his little cry the other week with Eade.

I was just thinking the same thing... They'd want to pay something...

That was the point Eddie was making - someone takes from the Pies, we have to replace them. Not a cry, he just has the opportunity/gumption to raise an issue that affects all clubs. If Eddie's 'crying' gets someone at the AFL to do something that helps all the clubs, it's a good result.
Just like Sunday night footy. Eddie was accused of crying over that situation, but all the clubs/supporters benefited as there are now no more Sunday night games.

BHP don't pay Leighton Contractors when they take an executive team member from them, why should Gold Coast pay Collingwood anything?*

Is a competitive market and Eddies tanty over Rocket was OTT.

*Contractual obligations aside, let's be blunt, contracts aren't worth the paper they are written on.....anymore.

Nup, finished I reckon.
Only wants to be a head coach not interested in being an assistant and hates the role of a head of football department so cant see him doing that either

No, that couldn't happen after they just sacked a coach who was trying to implement a similar gameplan to what Bomber had at the Cats...

Be good for the Dogs if they did get him, Bomber would sort out all the sooky la la's quick smart

I think Fox footy may be the destination. Considering that he is not looking at paying his AFL fine.

Will he get AFL media accreditation if he doesn't pay his fine?? Mind you that will only mean he comments from his lounge or the studio not the media centre at the grounds.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
