So what are the options, well Botha is going to play so any options that dont have him in the team are a waste of time. I would like to think Zampa will be kept and then 2 main quicks in Mennie and Sayers. Which means Worrell proabably needs to make way for an allrounder. Any thoughts?

We really need McDonald to bat at 6 and bowl, and cossie comes in at the top.

If McDonald is not bowling, he should not be in team.

Surely Cosgrove is better option to opening the batting.

Berry said he liked the left hand/right hand combo, but never seemed to bother Hayden/Langer.

I know this has been posted before but are Berry and co. that committed to Botha that they won't make the hard decision and drop him for a specialist batsmen at No.6.

The current line-up will always be suspect to quality bowling if we loss 3 early wickets. Wait until we get a green top at the Gabba or bouncy pitch against the WA quicks.

Current Top 4 are the best we have all average close to if not over 40.

No.5 - Head averages 29. Can play and worth keeping but only with another batsmen at No.6.

No.6 - Ludeman averages 26. Batting is getting better but 2 x tons in 55 innings. Should be No.7.

No.7 - Botha. 147 first class innings for 1 x ton average 31.
Wicketless this match. Zampa is a better option, they both cant play away from Adelaide Oval.

Putland, Sayers and Mennie are the best quicks we got.

Given the alleged spray the players got from the coach after the last game what do they do? Bring in a bloody bowler! WTF does Raphael have to do to get a look in? Clearly 2 scores of 150 plus inside 10 days isn't enough....

If Berry is reverting to giving an old fashioned spray after the time he's had with the group, he's out of ideas and its time to go.

Not sure if it's ever been mentioned on SAFooty but indeed it may be time to sack Chuck and let him drive off into the sunset in his 100K Mercedes.

Make that 2 bowlers

Worrall and Richardson in for the next game. Yet the bats who failed us miserably go untouched

Why bring in Worrall, he is a second rate hack, his only claim to fame is playing Mick Malone on Howzat.

Wrong, he drew a cock and balls in pitch last year during a drinks break in a 2nd XI game......

do you think ferg will leave??? It's probably best for him to leave cause redbacks aren't going anywhere atm and he would fit in nicely somewhere.
