Division II update.

Ron Burgundy's Far Callers are out of Divvy II so this means the number one scoring team from last season, raymond's Adelaide Crows have been promoted to this Division. Still waiting on four coaches from last season to join the league. Hogg reminders go out in 11 days.

It's a massive start to the season by Professor Crow who racked up an impressive 2305 and a four hundred point win over Choppa's Standards. It was a brilliant effort by Division II this weekend as they outscored the Premier League. Divvy II's ranking went up to 978 which is the first time Div II has made the top 1000 leagues.

Some highly rated teams such as Daisys Duds, ZedForce and most surprisingly of all Duromine Dependent started their seasons off with a loss so perhaps this league can get even better.

Professor Crow stayed on top of the ladder after round two after they thumped the FOOTYLEDGENS to the tune of over 300 points. Jims TigerRoos also remained unbeaten but they had to defeat the best scoring team in the Hogg over the first two weeks to do so. Other teams to keep a donut in the loss column included Greedy Guns and The Crack of Trust who knocked off Hips Don't Lie and the lowly Killer Wombats! respectively.

This league has been of a very high standard and two teams who were quite dominant last season are finding that out. ZedForce and Daisys Duds had a great year last year in what was a strong Division IV but they are currently at the wrong end of the ladder and not racking up the points early. ZedForce put in a shambolic 1976 but only lost by 10 as Duromine Dependent also struggled but got the points in the end. Daisys Duds also lost by 10 points to Brown Boys who haven't been one of the stronger performers in Division II over the last couple of seasons.

If you think it's a tough league this year, you'd be right. Division II is currently outranking the Premier League.

Im gone the footy gods are against me.
Had Swan vc nice start to the weekend.
Then Browny had Kennedy as C, even better , im home here cant possibly lose.
Sunday rolls around
I had traded out Selwood for Bontempelli on thursday , nice one!! Also traded out Miller for Vandenberg, who ever i had wouldve been emergency for the Bont, Miller outscores vandenberg by 15, theres the game there.
Browny has two of my favourite players, yep you guessed it Roughy and Hodgey who both had once a season scores on the same day.

Question for those up on the rules
When you name 2 emergencies in the same position and one of them is required it always used to be the lowest scoring of the 2 that counted, that appears to have changed to the highest scoring one now
