Western Australia v South Australia 7/2 - 11/2

Postby heater31 » Tue Feb 03, 2015 3:11 pm

Time for the boys to get the creams out of the cupboard for the remainder of the shield season. Blokes have contracts on the line and with uncertainty around the coach could be a good time to put in some decent performances.

New skipper and no Chadd Sayers for the rest of the season which is a huge blow to our chances to take 20 wickets in 4 days. Expect Zampa to get more games away from home as I don't think the former skipper will be around next season in Redbacks colours.

Botha stepped down as captain because he was told he wasn't going to be re-signed next season.

Botha said on TV that he will be available for selection in games the SACA want to play two spinners, so I'd say that wouldn't be on the WACA, even though their pitch is completely shit now
