Having the office to myself today, there's beer in the fridge and the TV I brought in it set up and ready to go.

and im hoping to get a taste of the Bruchoc from the big shed brewing, the thought of it alone is mouth watering

Well, the Bruchoc certainly has a flavor all of it's own.

It's dark ,real dark in colour and it's dark in flavor too. Real dark in flavor. Lots of coffee and even a bit of burnt toffee at the end, a bit of a chocolatey aroma when you bring it to the mouth, but not so much in the taste. And it's bitter, really quite bitter and to bitter for my taste buds.

In order of my preference at the Shed :
Californicator
Prince Phillip
F'Yeah!
Red Ale
Frankenbrown

The Bruchoc is a small run only so I can't add it to my on going list.

I was afraid of the bitter factor with the Bruchoc. but will hopefully try one before they run out!
