Bloke can play. Getting long in the tooth though but if he still has his speed and jumping ability he's going to be dangerous.
Knows how to find the big stick too. I've fallen victim to one of his hangers.
Best of luck to all teams this weekend.

long in the tooth?

Wouldn't be far off haha. He's always under some form of injury cloud. Weather that's legit or just an excuse to not train on a cold rainy winters night haha

Chris McLean 40? Your kidding me..... He'd be 32-33 at the most.

I seen the guy play last year for Fitzroy. Sit him in on pocket or on a Half forward Flank and he'll kick 50-60 goals.

Cougars the better team all day were up 3-4 goals for most of it but some poor skill errors and some very interesting umpiring decisions cost the cougs

Good to see Ardrossan knock up their first win of the year. That'll put Wallaroo on the back foot. Did anyone see the game?

Looks pretty even this year Juddernaught. Think Wallaroo will bounce back against the fading CMS, Pasky should have enough against an improving Ardy, Kadina will have their hands full against Bute coming off a win in round 1 and dont know what sort of side Southern Eagles have this year so will be an interesting game against CY..

Chris Mclean Is a very good footballer on his day But sorry to Say Wallaroo will be lucky to get half a season out of him as he has a history of doing a hamstring or 2 and I would guess he wouldn't be training much out there . But on the other hand Adam Pearce is a great pick up for Wallaroo getting on in age he is as professional as it comes will play more games than Chris.

Is Pearce the same lad that played Div 1 for Adel Uni many years ago? If so he would have to be 34-35 years of age.
As for Both Mclean brothers they have been around the barossa for years - Both 30+ years of age - Surely the wrong recruits for Wallaroo considering there age?
Is Trent Greenshields still playing at Bute this year? Was a very talented footballer in the SAAFL - How is the young lad going?

I'd agree with each of your tips there.
I can't honestly see Southern Eagles being a contender this year. Haven't heard much on the recruits but could be proved wrong.
Will be interesting to see how they go. CMS to finish bottom. Had a look at their side on the park last week and bar a couple of old heads in Pitt and Parsons etc, they are kids.

To be honest I thought they still had a pretty good mixture of young and old. Moved the ball well at times. Couple more games they will be alright.
