I was in Loxton yesterday and was informed of the signing of both and possible Jonny also but not enough funds for the duel medallist.

Interesting to see Travis Wilson and Tyson Lindsay (summising same Tyson as played berri/barmera) in the final list for Top up players for Crows SANFL side?

RIP Dudley Hocking.

A great old bloke who loved getting footballers on the track.
Had a fantastic laugh and a good line of stories - apparently a talented cricketer back in the day, as well. He told me a story once about how he took, I think, a double hat-trick and all 10 wickets in an innings when playing for Swan Reach.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

have heard that Chris Bonney from the Roos injured his knee at training and will need another knee recon, also Jake Smith might be a non starter for the Roos this season, supposedly going to travel plus with Selfe trying his luck at Westies this year the Roos look a little bit light on in the experience department

I heard the Bonney one over the weekend too. I'm in no way a Barmera supporter but felt sick when I heard, 2 knees in 2 years just awful. Terrific lad, terrific footballer and Riverland Footy will be the worse for his absence from the field for another twelve months. Hope he's doing ok.

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Did anyone get a score from Ramco v Berri B grade game? Apparently the standard would have rivalled Cartlon in it's current form.
