Because the club had 12 days till the next game to implement something and they finally do it 4 days out from the next game.
The whole set up needs a shuffle, not just the coach.
I still remember the bullshit about leadership programs and coaches who wouldn't be there match day that was spruiked at the AGM.
No emphasis on injury prevention or just playing footy.
Can't we get some football people in instead of ex Netball coaches?
And how has McGregors time factor changed from when he was first appointed?
Clean out most of the board (including the President) and most of the football dept and start again!

But it's only the coach that was sacked. Your points are other issues that need addressing. It's interesting , you could always argue why they didn't do it 12 days prior I suppose.
Lets hope they get someone , I would think it will quickly turn.
