As a Queensland resident - the NRL system is a basket case that you really don't won't to replicate in any shape or form

"Tex" apparently taking legal action against a fan who has named a burger after him at Jack Ruby's.

Surely the place would realise that you need permission to associate someone's name with a product. I dont think much will come from this, maybe Ruby's can offer Tex free Tex burgers for the rest of his life.

Bit silly from jack Ruby's. Or maybe it was free advertising? Just rename it the tex burger and everything is fine. But people still know more about them

Given he also has interests in pubs, I would think it would be easy for confusion to occur as to whether he also has a stake in this pub. I reckon that would be the main thrust of it.

Wonder whether Boak does too?
