There's a bloke on bigfooty that has been 100% Danger's gone all year. He's stated his wife is friends with a girl that worked with Mardi @ Pandora - she's apparently told people there they were going home. He mentioned their engagement before it was announced (between Rory's & the news).

Anyway, he said he'd had dinner with people on the weekend, and that the Dangerfield's decided after the WC game that they'd stay here. No contract signed yet, but they'd made a decision.

Given his total change of heart, and his previous intel, I'm happy to run with it.

It's as solid as source as this News Ltd tweet :)

Thanks Simone....

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Hope they are lucky enough to come up against your mob in the big dance- provided you dish up a standard comparable with the performances of the past 2 weeks.

Doubt many people in Adelaide would actually know how Hawthorn are going of late....the sizable win over the swans in Sydney did not rate a mention in today's piece of crap newspaper we have..... thanks goodness it didn't escape Mark Robinson's notice. Goes to show, if you want to know what is really happening in the AFL... don't rely on the Adelaide media to inform you. They will simply dish up the same old crap for the local audience. Sign of the times I'm afraid but Foxtel is the answer here. It's an 18 team NATIONAL comp.....

Haha yeah hilarious... do you self a favour, get a copy of the Perth paper - The West Australian, you will find coverage of the entire comp.... not just the WA teams. Or you can just bury you head in the sand and actually believe the Crows are as good as the local media beat them up to be....your choice.

Put your head out sport. No one believes the Crows can win the flag after beating Port, including (most) Crows supporters. I know The Advertiser is bias towards SA stories and if I want to find out about Victorian clubs, I read THE AGE or HERALD SUN like a normal person.

i watched footy classified, on the couch, afl 360 last monday and the swans didn't even get 3 minutes of air time on all those shows put together, and i am exaggerating with that time a bit....

anyways i am not sure why there is news for footy anyways, the hawks have already won the flag

Interesting isn't it.... when you are looking for info on your own team, and still can't get it.... maybe our expectations of the media are too high.... IDK?

I've got the crows missing by a game and a half..... I have Collingwood in for the Crows as the only change to the 8 from here.

It really looks like a race in 4 to me, with Rich, WB, GWS & Coll making up the numbers.... and revenue for the AFL.

My point about the Tiser Vs West Aust is valid though... I expect good coverage of all the AFL in the Melb papers..... I've also got MMM Adel on in the background here.... I just get a bit sick & tired of hearing about the same 2 sides..... Most of the time I can block it out.... I understand the circumstances of the last 3 weeks are very unique.... but can we please move on.... I am sure that P. Walsh would have wanted that as well.

It's because you played in one of the most boring games ever.

Bet you will see some more coverage tonight.

Not sure why you're trying to emphasise this.

Since 1990 there have been 25 Grand Finals, 11 won by non Victorian sides with 8 runners up from non Victorian sides.

When you consider two non Victorian sides have only just entered the comp that means of the 16 sides (1990-2015) the 6 non Victorian sides ( WCE, Fre,Adel,Port, Syd, Bris ) have won 11 flags compared to the 10 Victorian sides 14 since 1990. I think it's pretty well a national comp. Time to move on from "Oooh it's a Victorian conspiracy". That's bullshit IMO.
