- Is Clarkey done? He's not just looked out of touch but like he's not picking the ball up out of the hand at all. Time catches up with us all, has it caught up with him?
- Do we get someone to replace Voges now? With Rogers finishing after this series (?), Clarke not far away, do we really need another 35+ in the side to drop away in the next few months?

Yep, id rather a couple of the younger ones fly in from India and play the rest of the series. Burns or Head couldnt do worse than some of these old blokes

Possibly, but really it shouldn't. The team are professionals, and if something like this upsets team harmony then they need to take a good hard look at themselves.
They're playing for Australia. Against England, in a close Ashes series. If I were wearing the baggy green, nothing would stop me giving 110% out there every time.
FWIW, I think the selectors had a very tough decision. The circumstances of Haddin having to miss the second test are unfortunate, but no-one has a right to play for Australia. In a Ashes series locked at 1-1, the best XI need to play. Nevill's batting and keeping have probably been superior to Haddin's. There is no room for sentiment, and it would be disappointing if the best team weren't picked giving how the whole country is willing the team to win.
Unfortunate for Haddin, but it's not about the individual. It's about the team. Haddin can be given the support he needs regardless IMO.

It annoyed the hell out of me listening to Warne the other night carry on for ages about how Haddin should've been picked and wasted right etc.. FFS just commentate the game, you're not a selector!
