Tell me about it, just ridiculous, can we get back to clubs and players hating each other. Its part of the problem in the AFL because of the manufactured drafting, not enough passion from the players, because they see it as a job and not playing for the team they grew up supporting.

Part of me wants to see Goodes get booed again this week just to see what the reaction is but another larger part of me hopes he doesnt get booed because I dont know if I can take another week of everything about Goodes

No need for Goodes to front the media at his return to training yesterday - all it did was keep the soap opera going.
A simple appreciative wave to the cameras (after the club said he won't be fronting the journos) would IMO been suffice and in a way sullied the media & them trying to get a comment from him.
There was unprecedented support for him in his absence last week from players & supporters from all clubs - and that's where this should have ended.
Instead Geelong keep it going this week & the media continue to lap it up.

Obviously a massive swans and Goodes fan and i am pretty sure this wouldn't be a goodes idea, but there is no need for this. It's Selwoods 200th, Geelongs home game and should be celebrating that not a guy who took a week off.
Same banner run throughs should be kept for ANzac day and situations like the first showdown after Phil Walsh's murder.

I'm sure he could stop it if he wanted too. He has manipulated the AFL and they are now his puppet, used to ram his agenda to home base.
Multi-Cultural round and Selwoods 200th have been up staged. It embarrassing for all involved. It's selfish and reeks of Me,me,me.

Rhyce Shaw announced his retirement for the end of the season... Been very handy since coming over from Collingwood "nek Minnet"

Been great for us

More space in our cap, when we beat the afl and get back to normal trading we will have heaps of space in our cap ;)

A 33 year old who wouldn't be in their top dozen players? Yeah I doubt he would have been on much.

Even at his peak I doubt he would have

Does actually throw up an interesting comparison between the 'jailbird' gesture being fined and Goodsies celebration.

I'm not sure the jailbird gesture is a fair comparison.
