 @ LM.

On a serious note, fantastic reward for Holmes, the St.Kilda FC and the AFL as a whole.

They are serious athlete's, the yanks- so hopefully this debut entices a few more over here to give our game a go.

Jason Holmes, Johnny's lad, you're familiar with the body of work John Holmes produced?

If not, turn off safe search and Google....

Went over my head too 8)

ST KILDA has changed almost one-third of its team that lost to North Melbourne last week, making seven forced omissions due to a variety of injuries.

Jason Holmes will make an historic AFL debut, while Brodie Murdoch will play his first game – fittingly against his brother Jordan – in almost a year.

Joining Holmes and Murdoch are Farren Ray, Shane Savage, Cameron Shenton Luke Dunstan and Tim Membrey.

The seven outs are Sean Dempster (Nose), David Armitage (Shoulder), Dylan Roberton (Ankle), Billy Longer (Shoulder), Nathan Wright (Finger), Blake Acres (Quad) and Jack Sinclair (Shoulder).

Jake Carlise winning friends at St Kilda. After his video and consequent suspension he this week turned up to training late. All players then had a 5am training session forced upon the as punishment. Way to win friends at a new club
