That's another award that means **** all from now

When you can win it with 45, it shows the standard of the SANFL

No it doesn't
It shows the game style that is played by teams in the SANFL

Change the rules. Force them to play a minimum 2 players in the attacking half and a minimum 1 inside the forward 50 and you would see a more open game with higher scores.

FFS how's a full forward supposed to kick 100 goals a season when he spends most of his time in the centre square instead of the goal square

Really.
Doesnt say much for the AFL when there is probably only a few blokes over 45 despite playing half a dozen more games

Don Cooper & Phil Aspinall on radio noting that Milera does a lot of things that don't get counted on the Champion Data stats, like smothers.

Well ... they do!

Milera's had 4 tonight. Glenelg leads it 12-4 tonight.

Would still rather be boring than utterly pathetic...

Wasn't having a go at their style of play mate, in fact I'm stoked with the way they're playing, probably be the team I'd like to see win from here, I'm a big Mickan fan after Collins was ruining the club.
Just personally disappointed South didn't get in.
Its just their supporters (and lack of) don't add a lot of colour or flair to the finals, wasn't talking game style.

Brant Chambers 11.5 in Rd 7 2009

P.S Just goes to show you the dimmed passion of the competition where there's only one preview topic for any match this week. With none on the right match to post this in, well done Clint Alleway on achieving the Ken Farmer Medal; a most popular Medalist not just among the club played for.

Shane Yarran in the WAFL won it with 46 goals; 7 in front of 2nd place. That's with a 20 match minor round.
