Really hard luck for South Adelaide who, if not for injuries, would have certainly been a finalist. Good luck to all finalists.

Personally hoping we can do a sort-of repeat of 1971 when we came from nowhere to stop Sturt from winning 6 in a row by knocking them out in the First Semi. Hoping we can stop Norwood from winning four in a row!

Great effort today by the Ponderosa Posse. Nearly made up for us going down in the Intercol to a Will Snelling led Mercedes - we were up at 3/4 time but were overrun by a very good side.

Plus we lost a game to West by 1 point with a goal over the back in last 20 seconds after leading by 4 goals at 3Q time and The Draw earlier in season between South and centrals happened because of the exact same scenario.

I thought we would win.

1) South had their excuses already loaded up when I read the Friday preview.
2) We won the previous nine in a row at Iceberg Park. By now, someone at Noarlunga should be realising for the ugly truth.

What sort of an injury is "(Sacked Mid Year)" ?

Congrats Centrals too good.

We aren't a good football club yet still can't play consecutive finals series!!!

Some of the players at South are just not up to it and too much gets left to the same few each week.

Need a few recruits to fill some holes in our team and I hope we don't lose any of our good players.

Cross to win BnF but thought Crabb and Rose have both been fantastic for us as well this year.

Disappointed I couldn't be there, but work forced me to go to the Gawler Show.
I got home 10 minutes into the first quarter to watch the coverage and the first three quarters were best I've seen the Dogs play all season - loved it.
A player I haven't seen mentioned is Presbury, the lad is playing really good footy. Did cop a few head-high tackles though - not sure if that's technique, or if he has 'that type of head'.
Great game Thommo, top job Goody and the Schiller boys were excellent.

Bad luck to South. Tried hard and have had some rotten luck this season. A win, when they should've, against us earlier in the season would've seen them home. Funnily, we never looked like playing the finals until the last game and you guys never looked like winning on Saturday until the final quarter. Time was on our side in both circumstances.

Looking forward to Father's Day at Adelaide Oval.
Beware, the Dogs are coming; red, white and blue.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

WE should have finished third! Should have beaten South at Elizabeth, should have beaten West at Elizabeth & should have beaten The Power at Elizabeth!!
Oh! And if my aunty had nuts, she'd be my bloody uncle! :D
