Some whispers that Timmy Sumner is out for the year with damage to his hand. Big loss to Imps if true on the eve of finals.

Hard to say unlucky in the end but we did have a pretty solid first quarter, just couldn't put any scoreboard pressure on. In the end the cream rose to the top, they are a quality unit and will be hard to stop in finals

Good players those two. Mannum are very well drilled and I agree they will take some beating. I felt like Mypo could really challenge them but then your boys knocked them off so not sure what I think now. Imps obviously very capable of knocking them off also.

My predictions:

Flag: Mypo
Standard medallist: Adam Eckerman with Jake Bowen runner up

Mannum should win the flag. Have been solid all year, look a class above but anything can happen come finals. Mypo an outside chance and imps in same category but losing sumner really hurts them. Meningies best could also see them go deep with only ramblers just making up the numbers. Looking forward to an interesting finals series.

Time for a top 4 in this league too, 5 out of 7 teams playing finals a joke.

I defiantly played in the wrong era. I don't even thing the player I'm talking about has won a B&F anywhere to warrant even paying him
who's the player you speak of?

I'll give you the name after tailems game against imps

Mark Ruccciuto came up to Mannum tonight as a result of one of the members winning some sort of on line competition. Could have been something he had to do with gritted teeth however general consensus was he was really good value, plenty photos with the Kids and colts. Had to put up with plenty of blokes talking crapola to him but we had a good time with him there. Down to earth. Good job big fellah.

Wilson didn't play last week either Biff. Wasn't looking to injured on the side lines. What's the apparent injury?

Mannum were pretty good I must say - too much depth. Now all they have to do is keep head sizes under control and don't get ahead of themselves

Fair enough Rough but you've got to start somewhere and I have a lot of favourite teams and the Roos happen to be one. Hope to post for the next 10 years.
