Carlton announce their new coaching group :

Bolton - Senior coach
Neil Craig - Coaching Director
John Barker - Stoppages

Tim Clarke, a veteran of 96 AFL games for the Hawks from 2001-08, was most recently Richmond’s VFL coach. He will work with the Blues’ midfield.

Shane Watson comes to Carlton from North Melbourne where he has been an assistant coach since 2010. Watson will work with Carlton’s forward line.

Dale Amos has worked with Geelong since 2009, spending three seasons as the Cats’ VFL coach before joining the AFL coaching ranks. He will take on the role of backline coach.

Meanwhile, Mathew Capuano will remain at Carlton as a development coach and continue his work with the Blues’ academy.

Not really a list of notable notables, is it?

Neil Craig is usually seen lurking in Trigg's shadow, so no wonder there. Barker, now that bloke has got some credibility IMO, caretaker, over looked, stays around to do a job. Admirable.

Then three Neville Nobody's.

Not bad for a bloke who said he will never go to another club other than Adelaide (although he might have meant Senior Coach role...)

Yeah. I would think he would admit those comments were a little silly at the time. Though when you think about it, would you go and tell your current employer you would happily go elsewhere for work? Probably just a little bit of blind loyalty at the time

Carlton lose $2m in 2015...

I wonder if that included the payout to sh1t for brains?

I like sh1t for brains2's comment that he's not worried about the ceiling, just the ceiling. Knob.
