Can only go on past finals and he had a bad habit of going missing in most of them. Was putrid in a couple of finals series. Was very good tonight

Great captains stuff.

How's his pass from the outer wing to hit Danger who was running flat out through the centre square.

Was an absolute bullet.

Yep Taylor Walker was BOG for mine, elite kicking skills

Eddie has kicked 16 goals in 7 finals.

Not the worst finals record.

Full marks to Cameron for kicking the last goal, I know they are professional but I couldn't do what they do in front of 60,000 people. Great effort from the young man, ( first final for him?)

Was, yes.

I was so impressed with our young lads last night. Cameron and knight especially. Atkins seemed to let the occasion get to him and his spot is probably in jeopardy but Riley knight played his best game ever. Loved his hard work. So often he started something at half back and was involved in the play again 4 possessions later at half forward.

Exactly.

Hes like all small forwards. They are outside opportunistic types. If your team is down and the chances aren't there then its unlikely they have an effect. But if its game on then of course they'll be up and about.

I reckon he's played some good games this year when we've lost. Chad Wingard was brilliant all year while Port were down also. But generally yes you are correct that small forwards will go missing when a side is down due to the opportunities to sneak a goal or 2 not being there.

Can't believe I'm saying this but Daisy is right. He hasn't done well against the Hawks so his biggest finals test will be this week.

Crows just had that extra poise infront of goals.
One thing is for sure, we wont give you the space the Dogs afforded you tonight and we will go down swinging. Reckon we will target a few players early on and try to intimidate you.
Your leg speed definately concerns us

You guys showed that hand during the reg. season and it worked, but Crows will know what to expect now. Also we know that you only get fined for striking your opponent and winding them so the Crows might use the same tactic ;) although I doubt it. If Tex does, I can see a suspension!

Sorry for quoting the facts.
And his record v the other two sides that have been up and about for most of his career doesnt make great reading either
V Geelong
2W 9L 18 goals
V Sydney
3W 13L 19 goals

So for the mathematically challenged like yourself thats
38 games 6W 32L
54 Goals ave 1.42

I'll concede if he kicks 3 friday night.

Good point,
But you would think he might get lucky against the good sides occasionally, he doesnt.
Even Petrie has the odd good game against the best.
