7.9 - 5.9 at down at lemon time and PNU had an outstanding last quarter finishing the game with one of the best quarters of footy I have seen them play despite being down to 19 men at half time.

Sets up a mouthwatering round 18 with 4 of the top 5 locking horns.

hmm yes...

# Sharks 3rd vs ROCS 5th at henley

# PNU 4th vs Saints 2nd

3rd spot up for grabs, if sharks win they get a crack at goodwood at goodwood & after about 8 losses in a row there this could finally be the time we crack em

PNU gotta beat saints for the double chance, else theyll get the home elimination final against rocs

if rocs beat sharks this week we may see sharks drop to fourth & the exact same sharks vs rocs game will be the elimin final, if PNU can better our percentage

Having seen PNU, Goodwood, ROCS and TTG in the last three weeks and being well aware what Henley are capable of this is shaping up to be a brilliant, wide open finals series. Tea Tree Gully's deservedly take out the minor premiership but I'm sure the other finalists are not overly intimidated by the Gullies.

Anyone brave enough to predict a bracket for the finals?

Also, yesterday was the first time I've seen Tuck play for Goodwood. There were times he was so good it looked like he was playing a different sport to everyone else. Having said that for large parts of the game he seemed a bit rusty, is he coming back from injury?

Huge day at PNU tomorrow. First div 1 final. Bars on both sides of the ground. Sure to be a massive crowd with great atmosphere. All welcome. Come on down to "The Junction" for a cheap froth and a lot of fun. Even blokes like Jimmy have been known to drop in for a few. Should be a great day for football.

ROCS kicked the first 4 goals at Payneham today. From that point PNU kicked the next 16 to ROCS only managing another 5. Sensational last three and a half quarters by the Falcs

I knew we were home when Medhurst from Rostrevor signalled to the Junction that we were number 1 :D

Looking forward to Henley next week at Shark Park.

Absolutely dominant last quarter by PNU yesterday. The final 4 teams remaining in the comp are all as good as each other and anyone can beat anyone on there day. I expect the falcons to eliminate the Sharks in straight sets this weekend and the gullies to knock off goodies setting up PNU v Goodwood the following week. What a finals series we have on our hands!

You weren't even there to hear Ben Hook say that 10 times! ;)

From what the blokes who played against them said two very deserving winners.

Also a great effort by Matt Delmennico in a relegated side. After last year's grand final he personally came into the PNU change rooms to give a very gracious congratulations and as such I have a lot of time for him and SHOC.

For your records Wristy, Milne the best of PNU with 13 and there must have been most of the A grade squad who picked up between 2 and 8 votes in a very even performance

ha no had to work

comparing to seaton? ha not even close

the boys real issue is getting past goodwood at goodwood (the game last week). i think theyve done us there in finals every year in the last 4 seasons possibly 5 seasons?

yesterday well i dunno, Macca's PNU freight train storms ahead. Kym Cobb in his first season as henley coach has been brilliant and a second preseason into what is still a young squad will help tweak them to get bigger and better next year :)
