the hypocrisy on here is unbelievable. I do believe last years GF crowd was the largest for a very long time. Let's see if any West supporters come out of their rocks. No doubt the Eagles supporters will be there.Wolf Pack wrote:Nothing pathetic about it Dols.
Supporters of the teams in the GF don't care how many turn up.
At least Port Magpies / Power aren't in it.

Dogwatcher wrote:Well done, Westies.
In the opening minutes I thought we were settling nicely and had a chance of doing this thing.
The Bloods then turned on the warm jets and were off to the races.
Our shortage of KPP's, plus our frantic run into the finals and two strong-willed major round matches finally took their toll.
Westies were far too good and never gave us a sniff.
Loved the atmosphere on the hill, great to hear the vocal support going even after it was all done and dusted.
It's been a lot of fun this season, as the lads have climbed a lot higher than was expected. Great signs for next year.
And...Cennals, your black cat ran out of luck, but it was good having it on our side.
Good luck to the grand final sides.

agree, westies did get more injuries yesterday also, could be the difference in the end.Booney wrote:West very impressive yesterday. I thought it was an Eagles win regardless of who they played next week, but with Westies covering the loss of some keys as well as they did yesterday and playing the manner in which they did makes me think this is a 50/50 contest.
As a neutral, quite looking forward to this one.

If that's the case ( and I think it was under estimated here ) then the rest were there to see Port get beat.

Some were saying the big crowd last year had nothing to do with Port being in there. That's bullshit and you know it. Norwood fans out the wood work to watch them beat the old rival or neutrals there to watch Port get beat. E
