Is Ben Warren getting squeezed out.

Apparently Jarred Cotton is being appointed as Warren's "overseer" for the 2016 season. Sounds like he's getting the job in 2017!

Norwood have placed the poor 2015 performance squarely on Warren's shoulders but it would be wrong to sack a coach just 1 year after winning a flag.

He went from the goal square to the coaches box and inherited a system and players following the robotic plan of Bassett.

Gets a chance to do it on his own terms and they struggle in the back half of the year.

So, does he have to run his movements/plans past Cotton before implementing them I wonder?

Think you will find it is more of a succession plan in management roles, don't be surprised if when the current CEO retires, the current OPS manager fills that role and the COTTON moves into the OPS role.

Dugga has to accept a fair share of the responsibility, it comes with the territory, but he's not the only one. The position Cotts is filling was going to be implemented regardless of whether he took the job or someone else did. I'd suggest it's intended to be a support mechanism for both the coach and football department as a whole.

You only have to look at the quality of ins announced for 2016. Norwood will be a very different side with those ins and probably only likely to lose Luke Partington in the draft.

Yeah Juice is going back home, Jimmy has retired .. I'd expect another couple to perhaps move on too, and also one or two other potential losses to the draft.

Where is Warren from? He had a meeting on Tuesday with a prominent real estate agent, selling up maybe? :)

Think you will find that prominent Real Estate Agent works at the club in a leadership role with the leading teams program.

Obviously I haven't been watching the Legs this season but it could be a case of us not having the cattle to implement the game plan that was so successful. We appeared to rest on our laurels a bit over the off season in regards to recruiting and a few injuries hurt us at times*.
